The Role:

Using your influencing and relationship building skills, you provide Google caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your key clients. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
An Account Planner at Google is responsible for identification and execution of account growth opportunities in advertiser accounts so as to achieve quarterly revenue targets and maximize RoI on AdWords investment for advertisers. This involves working closely with the in-market sales teams and use of various tools for Account analysis, market research, data analytics as well as strong knowledge of Google’s products & platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify incremental opportunity within accounts and collaborating with the team and its Account Manager to implement the plan
  • Understand and implement account and campaign optimization plans and execute flawlessly on the techniques and types of optimization
  • Create reports to support or aid the optimization/incremental opportunity, strategize and support the team’s requirements for report creation and their analysis
  • Contribute to the overall achievement of the team’s revenue and non-revenue targets
Minimum qualifications:  BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 5 years relevant work experience)
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in an analytical role, working with data to identify trends and make recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of Adwords and the online marketing industry
  • Self driven and results oriented
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Position: AdWords Representative
Location: Hyderabad & Gurgoan

The Online Sales and Operations (OSO) team keeps Google growing and profitable. We are dedicated to supporting the company’s expanding base of advertisers, publishers and users in more than 40 languages on a global basis, and providing them with the highest levels of service. We are responsible for supporting customers and generating revenue from a broad range of products such as AdWords, AdSense, Gmail and Google Earth. This means that OSO team members need to be proactive, motivated, organized, responsible – and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The Role:
As an AdWords Representative, you’ll assist in managing our online advertising accounts. Dedicated to quality, teamwork, and providing outstanding service, you will join a team of proactive and passionate individuals. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will help customers get the most of their advertising efforts. You will be expected to master the AdWords product and policies and then assist us in delivering best in class support to our advertisers.

In your role, you will be expected to utilize your teamwork skills and your knowledge of the Internet to provide outstanding customer service to help improve the performance of AdWords advertisers.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to Google’s advertisers and manage client advertising accounts by responding to inquiries.
  • Develop and utilize approaches to provide strategic advice to clients on how to improve the utilization of their advertising budgets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and educate them on new product features by proactively and creatively identifying solutions to client issues.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to develop new account management techniques.
  • Identify, lead, and execute product and process innovation to increase advertiser performance and their investments.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.
  • At least two years of account management, client service, or similar experience.
  • Prior experience in a dynamic, results-oriented, internet-based business will be a plus.
  • Proven ability to think strategically to provide business guidance to internal/external clients and develop strong client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage projects across multiple functions and design, improve, and manage a business process.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality.
  • Strong computer applications and Internet skills.
