Painting Competition on Energy Conservation 2012: The Ministry of Power, Government of India is inviting application from the creative children who can draw their imagination. This competition is for “Energy Conservation” topic which will be held at School level, State level and National level. Other prominent details for these levels are mentioned below:

School level Competition Details: Themes for school level competition are as:

Bijli Bachao Unnati Laao

Do the Nation a Favour, Be a Energy Saver

Wind, Water, Sun: Energy for the Long Run

Duration & Eligibility: School Level Competition will continue for 2 hours for the students of 4^th, 5^th and 6^th standard students. Those Schools which are located in the National Capital region they may participate in the Delhi state level Painting competition.

Selection procedure:  School Principal will select the best two paintings which will be send with all the required information for state level competition. For State level competition students will reach on/before 29^th October, 2012. Other details are mentioned on the official advertisement.

State level Competition Details:  Best 50 paintings will be selected by Experts/Jury. Selected students will be called at a designated place in State for the 2 hours on-the-spot Painting competition. This competition will be held on 9^th Nov, 2012.

National level Competition Details: 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd prize winners of each State/UT will be called for “National level competition” to be held on 12^th December, 2012. National Level Winners will receive cash prize on National Energy Conservation Function to be held on 14^th December,2012.
